This air-conditioned apartment is equipped to a high standard, ideal for a couple, with a king-size bed and also has a sofa bed for a third person or 2 children. In addition to the outdoor BBQ kitchen and spa-shower, inside the Studio is a brand new shower bathroom, fully equipped kitchenette with large fridge/freezer, clothes washing machine, free satellite TV and free wireless. Eco-House Studio is high up the quiet hillside 5-10 minutes walk out Risan town. The studio measures 30m square and the private terrace is 35m square.
The apartment is completely separate from the main house, with secure gated access by steps from the road which also lead to the Eco House, home of your hosts. Private off road parking is immediately outside. The hosts’ wide sun terrace with sea view is available to guests for sunbathing, with permission.

The Eco-House Studio is a new, self-contained part of our pioneering low energy home – we are your welcoming hosts, James and Anke. We love Risan for it’s gorgeous lush countryside setting, minutes from the main route around the famous Bay of Kotor and close to all the highlights of stunning unspoiled Montenegro. We have lived in Montenegro for some years and are happy to help with planning day trips, and insights into the history and culture of this magical part of the Mediterranean.

Entrance to the Studio
Towels including bath towels and bed linen are supplied are offered in this apartment. Other facilities at EcoHouse Risan Studio include a purpose built barbecue area with work surface, a sink and storage space; there is an out-door shower with a small plunge pool, loungers and sun umbrella.
