The seating area features a sofa which conveniently transforms into a queen-size bed, offering flexibility and comfort for guests. Large windows built to Passivhaus standards allow ample natural light to flood the space, creating an airy and uplifting atmosphere, while ensuring minimum heat loss.
The studio is equipped with a high-quality air conditioning unit, permitting guests to easily control the temperature to suit their preferences, whether heating or cooling is required. A table positioned by the window offers a pleasant spot for indoor dining, making the most of the studio’s light-filled ambience. Altogether, the EcoHouse Studio is designed to be a cosy, inviting, and sustainable retreat. The Shower room next door is equipped with a toilet, wash basin and washing machine, to add convenience to guests during their stay.
The south-facing spacious terrace has a grill, specially designed and built with a basin, there is an outdoor shower, just in case the sun gets too hot. The terrace has been carefully surrounded by beautiful shrubs and kiwis creep across the overhead wire, as protection from the fierce sun. Deckchairs are available for sunbathing or just relaxing in the warmth. There is a spacious outdoor dining table, to enjoy the scenery and listening to the birds. The atmosphere is calm and peaceful; relax, it is holiday time.
