“It is the beautiful task of Advent to awaken in all of us memories of goodness and thus to open doors of hope.” We are heading towards the winter solstice which is the day with the shortest daylight hours, it falls every year in the Northern Hemisphere on December 21st or 22nd, and we are heading towards Christmas time. It is a gorgeous day with endless sunshine, connected with nature as our wisteria, hugging our house is promising spring, and our lemon tree still carries bright beautiful lemons, some magnificent grapefruit show their bright colour so are the oranges, we love nature.
A glimpse from our Scottish terrace through the greenery of the Karsplatz terrace towards Boka Bay. Known as Unesco Boka Kotorska, one of the most beautiful striking landscapes in the Mediterranean Montenegro.
It is located on the south side of the Adriatic Sea, surrounded by mountains of 1000 to 1700 m rising directly from the coast of Montenegro. When one goes up the road some 200 m from EcoHouse into the mountains one can see in the distance the Adriatic Sea. The view across is breathtakingly beautiful.
